How to Request a Refund

•Email your request to and state the reason for the return

How To Return An Item

Your item must be:

•in its original, unused condition (unless there is a manufacturer defect), and

•returned within 30 days from the date of purchase

Return Exceptions

Opened items can only be returned due to manufacturer defect. Such items will be exchanged for the same product.

Restocking Fee

All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, with the exception of defective merchandise. This fee will be deducted from your refund.

Refund Payment Policy

Refunds will be according to original payment method:

•credit and debit cards will be credited

•check and money order payments will be refunded by check

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
